Your home.
Full of possibilities.

We listen to your goals, review the space and discuss your priorities, timing and budget. Share inspiration, photos and the practical things you want to improve. Together, we establish the direction and next steps.

After the consultation, we review measurements and existing conditions, discuss suitable material options and outline the proposed work. Your estimate gives you a clear starting point for scope and investment; project-specific findings may refine it.

We develop the layout and 3D concept appropriate to your project, then review proportions, materials and lighting with you. Your feedback guides revisions, and physical samples help confirm final selections. Explore the design experience above for each stage.

Review the agreed design, proposal, contract and payment schedule. Once approved, the agreed deposit secures scheduling, and we coordinate required approvals, material ordering and site preparation. Your contract confirms the specific milestones.

We coordinate the build around the agreed scope, from preparation and structural work to surfaces and finishing details. We keep you informed as the project progresses and review any proposed changes with you before moving forward.

Payments follow the stages specified in your contract: the scheduling deposit, start-of-work payment, progress milestone and final completion payment. These milestones occur throughout your project. Exact amounts and timing are confirmed before work begins.

We walk through the finished space with you, review the details and address any remaining agreed items. We discuss care for the selected materials and confirm completion and your approval before the final contractual payment.
