When you request a consultation, Royal Dream Construction & Design LLC receives the name, contact details, ZIP code, project information and photos you choose to submit.

When you request a printed catalog, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and any email address you provide. We use these details to arrange and confirm catalog delivery.

How your information is used

We use these details to review your project, respond to your request and arrange consultation or estimating next steps. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Photos and access

Request photos, delivery addresses and contact information are stored in a private project inbox available to the site owner. Submitted photos are not automatically published in the project gallery.

Website visits

We use a temporary random identifier in your browser tab to group visits within a 30-minute session. When visitor alerts are enabled, we record the first page viewed, the visit time and email delivery status, and send a visit notification to Royal Dream through Resend. These alerts do not include your name, contact details or IP address. Delivery logs are removed after 30 days when the next visit is processed. This feature respects your browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Owner access

Owner sign-in uses a secure session cookie for up to eight hours and temporary login-attempt counters to protect private customer information.

Call 201-925-1945 to ask about your submitted information or request its removal. External links, including review websites, have their own privacy policies.
