Is the roof inspection free?
Yes. Request a free roof inspection and in-person consultation. We’ll arrange a visit, review your concerns and explain the proposed next steps. Any repair or construction work is quoted separately.
Do I need a repair or a full replacement?
That depends on the condition of your roof, the extent of the damage and what we find during the inspection. We’ll explain the options and the scope behind our recommendation.
What should I share before the visit?
Tell us the approximate roof age, any past repairs and where you have noticed a problem. Photos taken safely from the ground or inside your home can help us understand your concerns.
Can you inspect after a storm?
Yes. Request a storm-damage assessment and share when the storm occurred and what you noticed. We can document findings and prepare a scope of work. Your insurer determines claim eligibility and coverage.
How do we choose materials and colors?
We’ll compare suitable shingle styles and color directions with your siding, trim and overall architecture. Final selections are confirmed using product information and physical samples.
What about the schedule, permits and warranties?
Your written proposal and contract should confirm the work, materials, payment terms, scheduling and responsibility for required permits. We’ll review applicable product and workmanship warranty terms with you before work begins.
What happens if hidden damage is found?
If removal reveals an issue with the roof decking or underlying structure, we explain the findings and review the additional scope and cost with you before proceeding.
